PCHOA Meetings
The PCHOA Board meets every other month, the 2nd Monday 6:30pm at the Community Center, 18715 Bent Tree Lane, Tampa, FL 33647. PCHOA members and guests are invited to attend.
In the past, if you attended a board meeting, you could sign up for an opportunity to address the board. As a homeowner, you had three minutes to discuss any topic of interest. The board voted to change this procedure. If you have a topic you would like to discuss at a board meeting, please send an e-mail or a letter requesting an opportunity to speak. You can send an e-mail to the community website (you need to sign up for a user name and password), or you can simply drop off a request in writing to the community center directly. We hope this new process will allow the board to better prepare to answer your questions. In the past, if the board didn’t know the answer to your question, you had to wait until the next meeting for an answer. You must have your request in 10 days before the board meeting. Please remember that the board does not have to address every request.
